Living Skyrim is the name of one of the biggest modlists for Skyrim SE (the newer Special Edition) and it is also the one, that promises the abovementioned 800 mods in their list. Its a huge waste of time, just download skyrim SE, install requiem (or YASH) and whatever other gameplay affecting mods from there.
